The Jesus Retreat 2.0 (The Next Generation)

The Jesus retreat is a Eucharistic, Marian, Charismatic, Contemplative, Energetic Retreat. In other words, its a CATHOLIC Retreat, as Fr. Kevin told us.
Something I received in prayer on my way to the retreat and was still on my heart as left was the stirring of my heart to introduce this Catholic event to the youth of the Church via ANOTHER weekend set aside for the mature High School audience.
I know that currently certain younger than young adults (lol) are invited to attend with the mature body, however I feel that there are few mature High Schoolers who are open to a retreat like this, however will require a weekend that would be more focused to THEIR particular states in life - and while they are surrounded by their peers.
I believe that this retreat weekend would promote spiritual growth for the young Church to enable them to live Catholic Christianity in their daily lives and bring it to the parish AND to the school (high school AND college)
This opportunity also opens them up to the greater Christian community beyond their particular youth group in a personal way. While large scale retreats like Mount 2000 and Steubenville are GREAT, as we all know, this particular opportunity is PERSONAL, not only for the retreatants to one another, but one on one with JESUS.
I'm asking you all to pray about this idea for the young people in YOUR life. Can we bring together all our youth that we know and teach them how to mature in their faith as we have through this encounter with Christ. God bless!

Tom, I work in full-time ministry for young adults and adults (18+), but the need you identify I think is great... I just want to "amen" it... And I will join in prayer for this. Any retreat alum youth ministers out there have thoughts?
